Why is it so hard for us to believe that we are beautiful; strong; smart; sexy; amazing? Why are we so hard on ourselves? Why does self-love seem so difficultWith intimate boudoir photography, it is my hope to make you feel confident during our time together, and that you realize your beauty and sexiness.Miss L booked in for a boudoir session and came to the studio space with a friend. Her nerves were calmed with a glass (or two) of wine, she was pampered with hair and makeup by Jessica from True Beauty Makeup Artistry and left the studio feeling sexy and beautiful. I knew she was nervous before we started, but with a few glimpses of the back of my camera... she was seeing what I was seeing. And that, my friends, is why I do boudoir.Don't believe that it is an empowering experience? This is what Miss L had to say about her boudoir session."The whole experience was super fun, amazing, eye-opening and empowering. I was a bit nervous at the beginning since I didn't really know what to expect and was feeling a bit self-conscious. You did an excellent job at making me feel more comfortable before the shoot plus getting hair and makeup done is always fun! When we were actually doing the shoot I was worried it would feel a bit awkward or weird. You were very professional and I felt more confident as the session went on. The photos you showed me while we were in the studio looked so good, that it made me excited to keep going.Afterwards, I felt a newfound confidence and felt very empowered. I wanted to do the boudoir session for myself and my husband for different reasons. For my husband, it was just so I had a fantastic gift to give him. For myself, it was more so I could boost my confidence by seeing that I can look that good (in large part thanks to you and your amazing skills!) And I wanted to do something out of my comfort zone. I left the whole thing feeling strong and comfortable with myself.I 10000% will want to do another one in the future. It was such a great experience and I really believe every woman should do one. It's great to celebrate everyone's version of sexy and I think it's important for every woman to feel that way.
