Marissa & Jesse | Goodwin Meadows Wedding | Wedding Preview
Marissa and Jesse had a Goodwin Meadows wedding in Woodlands County this past weekend. Their outdoor ceremony and reception were so beautiful and so much fun (albeit a little chilly). The bride and groom and their wedding party wanted to have a great time, and were up for anything... including jumping over (or some walked through) the creek to take some pretty awesome bridal party photos.... if I do say so myself.
Marissa's walk down the aisle with her dad was interrupted momentarily so they could take a sour jack shot before proceeding to say the "I do's", and Jesse executed the perfect "Hollywood Kiss" to seal the deal.
The lights that were draped throughout their reception space were AMAZING and I couldn't help but be excited for the sun to go down. They shared their first dance under the stars (and those wicked lights) to one of my favourite Snow Patrol songs, Chasing Cars.
To the bridal party... thanks for taking such great care of your friends, and showing us all a great time on Saturday.
To Marissa and Jesse, I CANNOT wait for you to see these images. (You probably scrolled right past all these words.) And I am so happy that Sonya and I were included in your wedding day. It was SO much fun, and I am so happy that you stuck to your guns, and did what you two wanted from the very beginning. I wish you nothing but the best.
Much love,
xo K
p.s. I photographed Marissa 6 weeks ago to do an outdoor boudoir session, and she gifted an album to Jesse the morning of the wedding... so check back for that incredibly sexy session
