Miss M | Outdoor Boudoir Photography

I have been holding on to this outdoor boudoir photography session for a little while because we had to keep it a secret from her groom for a little bit.  But I can keep secrets no more, nor do I have to, because he has the gorgeous album in his hands and it is now for your eyes too.Marissa is sassy and bad ass.  She is strong, kind and confident.  She started off a little nervous, including her nervous laughter, but that soon was replaced with fierce looks and a walk that would make Tyra Banks proud.  Marissa left her session feeling extremely sexy and proud.She brought a friend along with her (thanks for running around in the rain Colby) and that can sometimes be the perfect solution to being scared or nervous or vulnerable to being photographed in lingerie.  Colby was our cheerleader during her outdoor boudoir session and kept gasping at how beautiful she looked. (how could that not increase your confidence?)This outdoor boudoir session started in the sun, and we knew there was rain in the forecast... but we never expected the rain and hail that fell that evening.  We were all troopers through the rain, hail and wind and the results... I am fricking proud of!  All of us could not believe what we were given that evening with the weather.Sun? Check. Clouds? Check. Rain? Check. Hail? Check. Rainbow?! CHECK CHECK! The most mysterious fog hanging over the water? CHECK!  COME ON?! How is this even possible.When the rain started coming down, we got Marissa out of the water.... I asked if she was good to keep going, and she was game. That... and the vehicle was super far away so we would have been soaked anyways. I covered my camera bag in its handy raincoat and shoved my camera and lens into a clear plastic bag. That bag created an amazing effect and offered me a piece of mind when I was shooting.Side note: I now put extra clothing in my car when doing shoots because EVERY PIECE of clothing I was wearing was soaking wet.  I peeled my wet jeans off (uncomfortable!), drove home with a lace tablecloth wrapped around my waist, and was glad I didn't have to stop for gas or get pulled over... that would raise some questions...More intimate boudoir photography can be found in the portfolio gallery.Contact me to book your outdoor boudoir photography.
